Looking for a new place!

Hi everyone! I am in my late s and looking for a place to live near or in downtown Sacramento. I am open to either an affordable studio/1 bedroom or finding roommates or a spot in a home that needs to be filled so long as it seems like a good fit. My hobbies include Muay Thai, running, and anything outdoors. I do have a 6 year old Australian Cattle Dog who is my emotional support animal.
