Hey! I'm looking for someone to takeover thr lease for December . I finished at VT, so you're free to move in now. The lease is until July . There is a $ application for it, which I just need your information to send to management (West Pointe Apartments) and they'll reach back out to you.

It's a bathroom apartment with a kitchen and spacious living room and walk in closet.

There is a parking lot in front of the building if you have a car that you just need to get a sticker from the main office (5 minutes away on South Main Street).

It's a 3 minute drive 3 from the Alumni Mall entrance.
