Needing Roommate

The first pic with the baby stuff is the room. I’m in the process of moving all of his stuff out. Looking for an easy going roommate and nothing weird. Not a party person nor want someone like that here. I have a 2 year old boy that will be over days out of the week, he’s not loud or obnoxious and very well behaved. Along with rent you’d need to pay quarter of the electric and I’d pay the rest. I’d be happy to answer any questions or concerns and am flexible
