Looking for a place to stay in oct

Hii!! I’m Malaika, I’m currently finishing up my senior year in high school & looking for a spot in socal to stay while i do community college there to qualify for in-state tuition. I plan on staying in a room for only 2 years then moving on to my chosen 4-year university. I’m all the way from the other side of the coast (virginia), & am planning to find love for this area as I stay here & experience it. I would definitely describe myself as a multi-talented person lol, as i have love for so many hobbies, but it’s great cause they bring in extra $$$ haha. But I still do have my 2 main stable sources of income which is serving & my web design business (along with savings for multiple months of rent if anything were to go wrong). I’m pretty easy to get along with as I would also describe myself as a very fair person who tries to find balance in all. Otherwise, I’m pretty much just looking for a peaceful roommate environment where I can come home to everyday & feel welcomed! rent on time WILL be my number one priority when it comes to moving in. I can assure this to you as I already have much respect for you as the landlord for giving me a place to stay as I go on a new journey in life. I’m very respectful of any rules as well as I understand it is all to maintain the peace & sanity of the household.
