Hello everyone! I am moving out and need someone to take over the lease since I am graduating.

The property is Cardill Crescent room 8. The lease is a month to month so it is very flexible.
The rent is $ including wifi, hydro, heat, etc…

Only thing extra is the coin operated machines.

Clean room in a shared house in the basement. Basement is furnished with kitchen, dining table, couch, oven and has 2 bathrooms.

There is storage in the back and free parking. There is also a patio which will be nice in the spring!

The room does not come with the desk or bed (as they are mine) however the drawers are part of the room and I am sure the landlord can accommodate for bed if asked.

Cleaners are paid for by property owners and come every second week to clean everything, but your own room. There are also people to cut the grass and shovel the snow for you without additional charge.

Free wifi and coin operated washing machines right in the hallway

There is a bus stop a few minutes away that will take you straight to either university and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

The landlord is also a company so they are very responsive and quick to get back to you.
