Currently renting out one of my spare bedrooms the largest one will have a shared bath in the hallway approximately ft. two story townhome with cat so please no more fur babies :) the rent is a month. I am willing to work with your pay schedule as well. The house is fully furnished with a blowup mattress and dressers available in your room if need be otherwise, I can move them out :) Open to all genders but I’d prefer a female roommate. There is washer and dryer in unit a backyard and a pool. You’ll also have your own covered parking. There is a large walk-in closet in your room. I generally keep to myself if I’m not working or skateboarding. No couples. I do have my year old every other week. She is usually at her friends, school, or in her room. I prefer month to month lease or 6 month lease. Feel free to reach out for a viewing :) Viewings will be available after the first of January!
