LOOKING FOR ROOMATE FOR JANUARY THIS YEAR

I’m looking for a male roommate to share a 2-bedroom, fully furnished apartment at Richmond St (Unit ) for the upcoming year. The building is right across from Western’s main gates—super convenient for classes and campus life.

Rent is $/month plus utilities*. The apartment is modern, spacious, and the building has great amenities like a gym and study lounge.

I’m okay with smoking and drinking, and I’m looking for someone respectful, clean, and easygoing. Pets are fine, but any damages or breakages caused by your pet would be your responsibility. I also am a DJ so if you need quiet and don’t like to go out this probably isn’t a good fit.
