BIG private room - ' with 9' ceilings, large closet, lots of storage space.

My apartment is sq ft. Each of the rooms are spacious with high ceilings and multiple large windows ~ lots of natural light! I absolutely love where I live and I take care of it. The pictures in this post are an accurate reflection of how my apartment looks everyday.

Air conditioning, all utilities and wifi included. In unit laundry (both machines less than 2 years old), large kitchen with pantry, natural gas stove (brand new), dishwasher (3 years old), off street parking, snow removal.

Library, reservoir, hiking trails, Walmart, post office, dollar tree, kick boxing facility, nail salon, dry cleaner, pizza/sub shops and public transportation all within walking distance (less than 5 minutes).

I have rented this room twice before. Both women were a great fit with my personality and the space! Female roommate must be responsible, respect others and their personal space. Absolutely no parties. I prefer not to have alcohol in the apartment. No overnight guests without our discussing it first. I cannot tolerate loud, drama filled people. You can be a college student or retired - your personality will make it or break it with me.
