About the Home:
Beautiful bed/2bath Townhome. You will have a large bedroom with your own private bathroom. Bathroom is not in your bedroom, but I do not use it, and neither will my occasional guests
Washer and dryer in home. Small backyard. Landlord pays all utilities except Wifi and Xcel, which we will split evenly. The common areas are furnished, so there's not a ton of room for more furniture but I'm willing to move stuff around and work with you!

Landlord requires a security deposit equal to 1 month rent and a $ background check which will be put towards your first month of rent upon signing. Space is available for a single person or a couple

My name is Kaitlyn, I have two cats, so unfortunately no more animals. I am a chef, so I spend a lot of time working odd hours, but am quiet and respectful if I get home late. When I'm not cooking, I also love spending my time in the outdoors-skiing, rock climbing or trying out new hobbies :)
