Moving to Hoboken!

Twenty one year old full-time professional relocating to Hoboken / Jersey City for work. Budget up to $ /month, targeting a January fifteenth or early February move in (flexible for the right fit).


Clean, organized, and respectful. I train regularly (gym + running), keep a structured routine, and don’t really party at home. I value a calm, low drama living environment where everyone handles their responsibilities.

Ideally looking to live with a few like minded guys who are working professionals, financially responsible, and straightforward about expectations (rent, utilities, guests, cleaning, etc.).

Open to renting an existing room or teaming up to find a place together. Prefer a proper lease or written agreement. I’m decisive and ready to move quickly for the right setup.
