Hey everyone, I have a room available for rent in a brand new house only 8 years old. It comes fully furnished and stocked including couches, TV’s in every room, kitchen ware, storage, tools, deck, art, pool table, patio, hot-tub Jacuzzi, etc. You’d be living with myself and one of my best friends Jason. The house itself is layed out in a way that gives each room proper distancing for privacy and the common areas along with the whole house is always clean.
