I'm looking to rent out my spare bedroom fully furnished with a private bathroom in a clean, quiet home. Full access to washer & dryer, living room, kitchen, and dining area.
Pets allowed, as long as they are house trained and get along with my dog and cat. Although i don't have a closed in yard.

I'm a laid-back, hardworking professional. I work Monday-Friday usually home before 3.
Plenty of places to eat and activities that are active or inactive kinds near by to do!
