Hi everyone, looking for a reliable roommate. I have a beautiful place at canvas LA off Beaudry Ave near downtown, kinda by echo park. It’s a bath.
Rent is $ without bills included. AC, heat, in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher.
It’s a great luxury apartment with several amenities- pool, hot tub, gym, library, sky deck and lobby events. It’s extra homey and I’ve absolutely loved living here.

Move in by January $ deposit.

I’m a professional contemporary ballet dancer and looking for someone that could be a great fit, and even maybe a friend. Looking for someone with good income and proof of that and can pay on time. Preferably someone with a . Would love to have them move in January but open. No pets, I’m allergic to cats and most furry things.

Current roommate is a photographer, hence the photo equipment 🙂
Room is unfurnished, but everything else, kitchen-wise, I pretty much have.
