I’m leaving London in the new year and need to find someone to take over my room.

Get Living are the management company and no deposit is needed. You will be required to go through their vetting. Current flat mate is a good friend of mine who is a working professional- He’s looking for a sociable flatmate who is tidy and respectful as the furnishings are mostly his.

Although there is no en-suite, my flatmate tends to use his own en-suite so I have had primary use of the main bathroom.

Bills typically total including council tax.

Flat has good transport links- approx 5 min walk to Stratford international DLR or mins to Stratford underground.
