#### 🚫 **House Rules / Please Note:**
* No private entrance
* Living room not included in rental
* No overnight guests (*Exceptions considered for parents with visitation*)
* Occasional visitors (holidays, birthdays, etc.) are welcome with discussion
* Outdoor smoking only 🚭
* One tenant only — **no shared occupancy**
* One flight of stairs to access the room
* **-Step Program Friendly**

#### 🐶 **Pets:**
I have pets, so you must be pet-friendly.
A **small pet** *may* be allowed after a convo and agreement.

#### 💵 **Rent & Move-In Info:**
* Rent due on the **1st** each month
* Late payments incur a fee
* **Move-in requires:** 1st month + security deposit (installments OK)
* Can hold room with full deposit
* Must show **valid ID + proof of employment**
