(Available January 1 or February) Hi All! I’m moving away because of a new work opportunity and I’m giving up my cozy bedroom in a bathroom apartment in the heart of Koreatown. It is walking distance to the Wiltern Theatre, Ralph’s, and so so many coffee shops and bars. If you love walkability, coffee shops, and nightlife this is the perfect place for you. You would have your own private room with an attached private bathroom. This apartment is on the 5th floor with a balcony facing west to catch the perfect sunsets. It also includes a gym and pool/jacuzzi and rooftop with a view of the Hollywood sign and a view of Downtown LA. The fwy is a short drive away.

The room is $ per month including utilities and a parking spot.

You would be living with one other person. She is friendly and has a sweet small dog. She’s and works as a bartender and in digital media.
