Large Room with shared bathroom with one other person, Utilities included. This room is for 1 occupancy only. Unfortunately, no pets. We do have a laundry room with a washer/dryer (shared with two other person). The house is located in a cul-de-sac area, a quiet and safe neighborhood. Parking is available on private property.
