Kannapolis Roommate needed

Hi I am looking for a roommate to move in immediately. More details available upon request. Room is within a .5 bath in a Townhome. Property is bathroom so showering bathroom would be shared. My work schedule is currently a nightshift into the late AM. However I am typically quiet and keep to myself regardless. I have nervous and the other friendly. Other pets are welcome, but fees do apply. Short term move in welcomed, just be sure to communicate. Utilities cost is not final, but includes an average half of utilities. Move in fee is a deposit, the due date of which would be discussed prior to move in.
