Female Roommate for Astoria

Currently looking for someone interested in a small bedroom in my 3 bedroom Astoria apartment starting month of December (can discuss move in date). The apartment is just a 4 minute walk from the N/ W line and a minute train ride into manhattan. There are a multitude of bars, restaurants and a hour supermarket 2 blocks away!

The room available is $/ mo with a $ deposit. No credit check needed. This is an unfinished room. There’s washers and dryers located in the basement.

About me (current roommate): I’ve been living in the apartment for about years now and I love the area. I work full time as a booking/ events reception coordinator. I enjoy music, reading and volleyball on my free time. I’m pretty quiet seeing that I work majority of the time on the weekdays.

Other roommate is female, mid twenties and has 2 cats. Professional and works full time.

I’m looking for professionals starting from mid- late ’s that are clean, laid back and responsible with rent. Utilities are not included but run from about $ per month depending on AC usage.
