Reletting Apartment for Spring

You will be responsible for January's rent. The apartments themselves are located about minutes from campus so no need to feel rushed in the mornings.

About the room: The room includes a mounted desk, walk-in closet, and private bathroom so no need to leave your space during those late nights. The room itself doesn't include furnishings so you'll have to bring your own bed, bed frame, and anything else you wish to fill the space or you may make arrangements with housing and I'm sure they may make the adjustments for you. Laundry machines are also located inside the apartment space so no need to leave the comfort of your apartment to wash/ retrieve your garments.

About the apartment: The apartment is fully furnished so no need to bring furniture. Amenities include access to the basketball court, tennis court, hr gym, late-night study room, club house which includes a billiards and foosball table, volleyball court, carwash, and pool which includes two guest passes. Parking passes are also available with visitor parking spots marked. If you fail to obtain a parking pass, register your vehicle, or fail to park in a designated visitor spot you will get towed.

Transportation: The Woodlands of College Station has its own shuttle and three shuttle stops located throughout the apartments that gives residents rides to and from the Aggie Express stop located just outside the apartments. This shuttle runs from pm.

Pets: Pets are allowed as long as you fill out the required information and pay an additional monthly fee.

About your roomates: You'll be sharing the apartment with two juniors and one sophomore. These people are the most relaxed people you'll room with and the space is quiet a majority of the times.

Move-in: Late December - Early January (we can discuss dates)

Lease ends: July and is available for renewal.
