I have 2 rooms available for rent $ each, bills included. The rooms are located on the upper part of my house, however, they are private and have outdoor access only. Rooms have a shared restroom and kitchen.

* No guests allowed to stay overnight (fee of $ per night)
* Restroom, shower, and kitchen will be shared if both rooms are occupied
* Free WiFi
* Rooms are furnished
