Clean room

Hello looking for a clean responsible roomate who will pay rent. I have one child and two dogs in the household so no pets please. Have your your own vehicle and employment. This room does have a full sized bed, a dresser and a computer desk with a chair furnished. I dont mind anyone hanging out downstairs or using the kitchen, you can have the bathroom i just wanna be able to use it when my baby needs a bath and when she needs to brush her teeth. I do keep a clean home. Just hoping to find a laid back person.
