Hi My name is Candice and I 'm renting a room in a condo I live here with my son who is and his always n school. The Place is in a gated community and there are pools and a club house for drinks and food. There are many pools and many local stores. I do not want smoking or vaping t ll in the house do to asthma. Maybe if your a light drinker I don't mind if you have a little wine as long as its peaceful. No over night visitors everyday because I enjoy my privacy. I do not mind if boyfriend or girlfriend visits but not stay every night. There is WIFI and your just to pay be clean after yourself. Utilities are included on your rent but if you keep light on all night and lower the Ac extremely low then I will ask for at least for the bills so please be conservative. II believe you will enjoy renting and I a'm always busy and gone.
