We just moved into a small apartment in Salt Lake City that has a spare room that we are trying to rent out. We do not have interior pictures yet because we are still moving our furniture in, but we are more than willing to set up a walk-through for any interested renters! We should have everything ready by .

- Shared bathroom
- Renting ONLY until April 1st. We will be having a child in May and will be turning the bedroom into a nursery in April, so the lease will be month-to-month NOT TO EXCEED April 1st
- $ non-refundable deposit
- First two weeks' rent due upfront (Total of $ due upon move-in)
- Rent due in the amount of $ every week
- Single person rental; no spouses or animals
- Utilities included in rental price (except Wifi - Wifi will be an additional $5/week if access is desired)
- We do not have a washer and dryer yet since we just moved in, but we plan on getting one as soon as possible
- Proof of Employment needed
- Nothing too crazy on a background check
