We have a room available in our bathroom share house in Brunswick East. The room available is on the third floor and is medium sized, has a huge built in cupboard, carpeted, has a small window, and a reverse cycle air conditioner. You would be sharing upstairs bathroom with 1 other.

The second floor is a big, bright spacious kitchen/living/dining area. It has a nice big balcony that gets the afternoon sun and we have a second smaller balcony too. The bottom floor has the third bedroom and bathroom and There's a double garage, so plenty of room for a bike and storage.
You would be living with two other people (myself from Queensland)- y/o female psychologist working full time from clinic and from home) and Jini- mid 's studing english and working full time).

It's in a great location on Brunswick Rd, in-between Lygon and Nicholson St. It has easy access to the city. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby too. The rent is $ per month ($ weeks-can negotiate) BILLS INCLUDED. The room is available for THREE WEEKS ONLY from th jan and comes fully furnished with a bed and a desk. Full access to use of household utilities we have washing machine, clothes drying racks, TV, couch, all kitchenware etc. Bond is 2 weeks rent. Please PM if interested to set up an inspection time.
