Downsizing & Looking for a Room

Christian professional, self employed man in the process of reevaluating my life. I am done renting for $2K + and wanting to live as I expensively as possible. I own a small landscaping, design & gardening company. The majority of my work is at client homes on varying schedules & weather. At times I do work from home. I have a friendly, well behaved 5 yr. old cat, who thinks she is a dog. She will be living with me. I am a friendly extroverted introvert.
