Hi everyone, posting on behalf of my longtime friend Jamie.

Jamie is recently divorced and transitioning into living on her own, and I’m helping her navigate this next chapter. She has a spare room available for rent in her home, and we’re looking for the right fit to support a comfortable and peaceful living environment.

A few things to know:
• Preferred roommate: Female
• Pets: Jamie has three small, friendly dogs of her own
• Work schedule: She works full-time
• Home updates: We’re currently repainting the room and touching up the yard. I’ll post pictures as soon as everything is finished.
• Note: This is a sensitive time for her. We’re also in the process of clearing out the last of her ex-husband’s belongings, so I’m assisting with the logistics and communication since she isn’t very tech-savvy.

Jamie and I have been friends since we were kids, so I’m helping make sure the person who moves in is respectful, reliable, and understands the situation.
