The room is available Jan th and is $ with bills being around $. We are looking for someone around the same age. We mostly keep to ourselves but do have parties or friends over here and there (mostly just for holidays). The room is upstairs with your own bathroom and there is also a loft upstairs that is equipped with a couch and tv that we sometimes use but will mostly be yours.
