Room-for-Rent Town Home

The room is upstairs and has its own private bathroom inside the room.

We share the kitchen, living room, laundry, driveway/parking, and screened patio. I’m adding new furniture little by little, unless you already have a nice couch and want to bring it — I’m open to that.

The community has a gym, and there’s a brand-new pool currently being built. The backyard/patio faces pine trees and a nature view.

The home is clean, quiet, and in a safe neighborhood. I’m just looking for a normal, clean roommate who pays on time. Nothing complicated.
