• Woodworking shop, laundry, gear wall, bike storage, full weightlifting setup and other workout equipment in basement
• Additional shared desks/workspaces outside of bedrooms

The housemate:
• Jo (she/her) has been in DC years, and living in this home for the past years. She works in climate change adaptation and planning and makes furniture in the basement shop.
• Brooke (she/they) has been in DC three years, and moved to our home last year. She works in Advertising Analytics and enjoys singing and doing aerial hoop in the backyard.
• Koki (our cat) enjoys cuddling next to you on the couch and lives his best life on the patio.
• We both enjoy going out and experiencing DC arts and culture, exercising and adventuring outdoors, traveling and going to festivals, as well as having a chill night in.
• We love take advantage of this space to host: movie nights, craft nights, BBQs, birthday parties, and more!
