It’s a big house with split level living across 2 floors.

If you like dogs we’re a perfect fit - have 2 very loving GSP’s

The spare room is located on the downstairs floor. My daughter () has the other room and is there part time.

There is a Seperate living room downstairs so it’s not just a room you can make the downstairs your own with furniture/ tv and access to the back patio from the bedroom and lounge room. It’s more like a split level house rental.

Bedroom is furnished if you want but happy if you have your own furniture you want to bring.

Triple glazing so super quiet and modern.
On street parking if you drive.

There is a laundry with washer and dryer you can use as well as additional storage space.

Backyard with a small pool so perfect for summer :) It’s literally like having your own small apartment so it’s a catch!
