I'm currently hoping to find a room to rent monthly. I'm a very quiet, respectful person who will help with chores around the house. I will probably never have a single person over, if I do it'll be on very rare occasions and I would get permission from anyone I'm living with beforehand. I'm very handy with everything from plumbing to carpentry and electrical. Overall I'm a great roommate and good to have around!
