Looking to rent out my sq ft walk out basement, with optional furnishings including queen mattress, dresser, and desk. Full bathroom on the same level. Just a short walk to Patterson Park. Close by to Johns Hopkins, easy access to I for getting into or out of town. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and things to do within a short walk or bike ride.

Also includes shared use of kitchen, living room, and patio spaces. The onsite Washer/Dryer is located in basement, and is something I'll only need access to (along with storage space) on occasional weekends.

As for occupants, it's just myself and my three cats. As a roommate I try and be respectful of others space, I'm quiet. When I’m home I mostly want to enjoy my peace. So I try and respect that idea for those I'm living with. For instance, I'm a musician (drummer) and frequently practice, so I try to tailor my playing times towards when you are away. I’m hoping to find someone with a similar mindset of consideration for others. Looking to offer a someone space that can be stable for so long as we align in respecting each other's boundaries. I'm including cost of all bills (water, utilities, internet) in the monthly rent, and am open to a flexible length of lease between years, please let me know your term preference if you inquire.
