Looking to sublet one bedroom in a four-bedroom apartment in Brighton starting around January. Move-in date is flexible, so if you need a slightly earlier or later start, that can work!

The current lease runs through August, and you’re welcome to take over the lease at that time if you’d like to stay long-term.
