It’s a private room in a calm, clean house off Dodd Rd. You’ll have your own bathroom, access to a two-car garage, and share the home with two easy-going, full-time working roommates. Their room is on the opposite side of the house, so you still have plenty of privacy.
The room gets great natural light, has a medium-to-large closet, and plenty of space for a bed, desk, and dresser. The house has central A/C, washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard that’s calm and peaceful — perfect if you like being outside or around plants.
Parking is easy — two-car garage, a two-car driveway, and street parking in front of the house. The neighbors are all great, and the area is quiet and safe.
Move-in date is November (flexible). Long-term preferred. Utilities are shared and usually range around $ a month. No additional pets (there are already two friendly dogs in the home).
