Both these rooms r empty. You would have to furnish your own room. I can help you search for things. No smoking, no vaping, no drinking & no drugs. I don’t like a lot of traffic or noise. I do have two dogs they are both senior dogs. If fur is an issue then this isn’t the place for you. The rent is adjustable as long both roomies r willing to put money towards rge & internet. I’m still looking for a roommate to share expenses with. Split the rge and internet bill. I am looking for 2 different ppl for each room. I might have a third room if I turned half the downstairs into a bedroom for myself. Right now the rent is but I can make some adjustments as long as everyone is willing to pay a non refundable security deposit and fill out an application and lease of your choice I put together.
