Located near Vickers and Academy with easy access to Union Blvd, Woodman Road, and I-. The street is residential and quiet.

The House is a quad-level with an attached two-car garage (used for the resident's personal storage). The House's backyard is fully fenced, and it backs up to an open space with a tributary of Cottonwood Creek, yielding views of Pikes Peak and the front range. A swing set sits under the apple tree and beside the furnished patio.

Living Areas. The House has three living rooms: one at garden level, one on the main level with the kitchen and dining area, and one in the basement (reserved for the basement bedroom.

Bathrooms. The House has three bathrooms: a bath in the master suite, a full bath shared by the three bedrooms, and a bath on the garden level which also contains the washer and dryer.

Garage. The garage has storage racks for personal items (each bedroom getting a full shelf). As well as room for two cars (if reserved) or other larger items needing protection from the elements.

Housemates. This house is a community-living household resulting the bifurcation of the rooms to be designated as "common areas" and "private rooms". Common areas are fully furnished and taken care of by the household supporter; the private areas are the sole responsibility of the resident. The housemates are expected to complete weekly chores and abide by the agreed-upon house rules.

Parking. Parking is available on the driveway and there is plenty on-street parking. No recreational vehicles are allowed on the premises.

Utilities, internet, etc. Are covered in the rent. The house has Wifi available in all rooms.
