Share Villa + age limit

I have a very nice villa wanting to share with a womanin a + community in Sarasota. She must be independent and activ,e finacially stable. She will have her private furnished bedroom and bathroom, access to rest of the house large living room area, dinning room and two fla rooms .This includes internet, cable, water, trash electric shared cost. We have a pool and club house and very close to Bobby Jones golf course. Easy going roommate, still working PT, also must be ok with dogs. Non-smoking house.
