Bed/Bath + Adjacent Living Space

My roommate (M) and I (F) are looking for someone to sublet the garden level of our split level home starting December 1st, possibly sooner. This is an unfurnished, private bedroom/bathroom and an adjacent semi-private living space, with an enclosed backyard and storage available in the basement and garage. We live in a quiet Broomfield neighborhood across from a park, restaurants/amenities close by and within minutes of I. We both work M-F, me from home usually, and he is out of house. I have a very friendly cat, and we are open to other animals.
