Hi! I am looking for a female cofc student to take over my lease at Yugo until July ! I am wanting to move out between now and January, I am flexible!

Base rent $ with parking) includes water! Garage parking for $/month also available.

You will be living with one other girl directly, but we live in an adjoining unit so 2 other very sweet, clean and respectful girls will live next door- all three of them are very nice! Please no pets or smoking! There is a cat in the adjoining unit. You will have the option to resign into the unit next door as both of those girld are graduating- but my roommate is staying in that unit and has a roommate situation planned starting in July!
