I'm looking for a long term roommate (1yr or longer). The condo is located in Allapatah on the Miami River. The condo has gated security, and the room is furnished (TV not included). Brand new Casper memory foam mattress and new bed frame.

Washer/dryer combo unit in the condo. Utilities are included in rent price, and I'll share my IPTV service. The main thing I look for in a roommate is someone who is clean, especially common area. I like to schedule a visit with potential roommates so you can see the apartment in person and see if we vibe. Move in: first month, last month and deposit ($).
