I have one private room available for rent in the Mattapan area. The house currently has three respectful, working male tenants, so we are ideally looking for another male who is clean, responsible with rent, and can coexist peacefully in a laid-back yet mature environment.

The rental includes various amenities such as:

- Utilities (gas, electric, and water)
- Cookware and toiletries
- Wi-Fi
- A kitchen cabinet for storage
- A hardwired smoke detector in the bedroom
- fully furnished bedroom 
- A smart TV
- A mini fridge in the bedroom
- Access to a coin-operated washer and dryer in the unit
- A cleaning service that cleans the kitchen and bathroom two times a week
