Kind and considerate, you respect privacy while also being community-minded and easy to live with. You are financially stable, a non-smoker, and not into heavy drinking. You keep shared spaces clean, are mindful of noise, and appreciate a calm, drama-free environment. Most importantly, you love dogs — and if you have one, it’s house-trained, sociable, and you’re happy to pitch in with light backyard upkeep so we can both enjoy the space.
