Roommate wanted for my Bath in Venice Beach. Private room and private bathroom. You're super walkable to downtown Abbot Kinney Blvd, the beach, canals, etc ( minute walk or less). I'm , active and social, and looking for another dude who I can vibe with, not just split rent with.

Rent is , utilities are like per person. Central heating and air conditioning. No in-unit washer dryer but we have a laundry room and like wash-and-folds in the area. You got your own private parking space. Super commute friendly since you're going opposite direction of traffic and you have great highway access.
