It comes with its own living room, en-suite bathroom.
, you can have the whole upper half for $ rooms+storage space if needed)

There will be one friendly dog living in the house, exclusively downstairs - there are gates to keep her out of the kitchen area and upstairs if wanted.

Not looking to add any more animals.

I am self employed and work early mornings - get up at am most days and go to bed by pm.

If you are a respectful working professional, that has references that i can call and can provide the security deposit, as well as pass a background check, I am happy to see, if this house could be a good fit for you.
