Hi!
My names Amanda and I’m looking for a female roommate to move into my (Rosemary floor plan) apartment at Cortland West Palm starting November th. I’m looking to have the lease signed and squared away by October th 🙂.
It is a month lease, it’ll be about ~$ (plus some fees).
Ideally I’d like to live with someone who’s around my age ( years old) and works or studies full time. I’m an Aerospace Engineer who loves yoga, working out, reading, music festivals/concerts, tanning, and hanging with my friends.

The apartment is spacious, CLEAN, refurbished with brand new amenities, and full of positive vibes🙂. Once my current roommate moves out we will need to replace some things like the couch - but that’s something we can discuss later !

I’m looking for someone who has either no pets OR a friendly, small, well behaved pet. I love animals but I (unfortunately) am allergic so it will be really important to me to keep the living space clean of animal hair!!
