Room for rent!

We’re a couple looking for a roommate to rent our extra bedroom. The room is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, a small dresser, and a TV with Roku.

We have two cats, so we prefer no additional pets. Our home is generally quiet, we don’t party and only have guests occasionally for dinner or game nights, so we’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.

Cleanliness, respect, and consideration for shared spaces are very important to us. This would be a great fit for someone responsible, calm, and easygoing.
