It’s a spacious 2 story town home with plenty of soundproofing insulation. It is in a gated community, with plenty of free parking. I also have a drive way and garage for parking as well. It was built in , complete with brand new appliances and a beautiful kitchen. Hoping to find a female roommate to stay in the unfurnished upstairs bedroom with private bathroom to decorate as you wish. (The photos of these space are furnished for proportions purposes but will be unfurnished prior to move in. Kitchen/Living room/ Foyer areas are furnished. I will be staying in my private bedroom and bathroom on the opposite side of the hall. Other amenities include WiFi, smart thermostat, ring doorbell, garage clicker, and private washer/dryer.
