You’ll enjoy a private room with a good sized closest and a nice view out the window. The AC blasts all day, we keep it cool. You will have your own full refrigerator/freezer in the garage split between you and a future roommate. Feel free to enjoy the HOA amenities that include park, pool and jacuzzi.
