I’m looking for someone calm, tidy, responsible, and respectful of shared living. Let’s try one week together, and if we feel comfortable, we can continue. The room is bright and fully furnished, ready to move in. It includes a balcony with a nice view and provides a comfortable living space. The location is very convenient. The house is close to Delft Central Station, making transportation easy. Directly below the building, there is a large shopping area with food stores and supermarkets such as Jumbo, Action, Albert Heijn, and Dirk, so all daily necessities are within walking distance. The area is safe and quiet, with easy access to public transport and essential services. I am a responsible and approachable landlord. I respect tenants’ privacy and to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment. I am available if any assistance is needed.
